With pleasure. We have highly skilled and innovative development team on board. However, you have the freedom of bringing in your own contractors to build on your serviced plot(s) but will have to submit your building plans to our engineers and Architect for approval.
Upon completion of all payments, the client will be given a package which will contain his/her payment receipts, Perimeter Survey, letter of allocation, your design guide, Deed of Assignment.
The different serviced plots come with different titles ranging from Government Approved Excision, Global C of O and Governor’s Consent.
Developmental Levy is paid towards the implementation of facilities like drainage systems, water treatment plants, electricity, off-grid system for all the units within the Garden, paved access roads, gatehouse, etc.
Allocation is instant. Your plot(s) will be allocated to you after the above payments have been paid.

Imperium currently has Six Garden Schemes namely:
The Lekki No. 1 Shapati, the Lekki No. 7 Ocean View Gardens Eti-Osa, the Lekki No. 25 Beach Garden Igando-Orudu, Flourish Garden Estate, Ile-Ayo Lagoon View Garden and Eko Gold Fields Iba-Oloja Ibeju-Lekki.
For all the gardens; there will be paved roads, walkways, water fountains, tree lined streets, lawn tennis court, mini soccer stadium, green areas with wi-fi and sheltered seats, perimeter fencing, Yoga studio, Naturopathic center, drainage systems, water treatment plant, electrification, potable water, waste recycle system, off-grid energy system.
You will receive the scanned and hard copies of your payment receipt and a payment acknowledgement email from the Company.

Yes you can. The land is dry and allocation is instant after full payment has been made.
Yes there are. They are called ‘Statutory Fees’ which includes fees for Perimeter Survey, Deed of Assignment and Developmental Levy. They are mandatory for all the subscribers of the Garden.
A default in your monthly payment plan automatically opens you up to a price variation of the garden being subscribed to.
Default in monthly subscription for over three months means automatic refund of payment made less 30% as default charge. Part of our refund policy includes giving the company Ninety days (90) after your mail/letter of refund request to the company and then a 30% charge as Administrative fee.
Firstly, one inspects the land, and then conducts a search at the Ministry of Lands, Alausa for ease of mind, request for the Application Form, fill in your personal details, submit and then make payment in the Company’s bank account.
