Refund/Withdrawal Clause: A default of three months while subscribing to any of the payment plan packages will lead to an automatic refund less 30% as administration charge.
A subscriber who defaults in his/her monthly payment becomes open to price variation of the garden scheme being subscribed to.
Payment Procedures: All payment instalments should be made with postdated cheques or a direct mandate in order to reduce payment irregularities which can further lead to termination of the subscription contract with Imperium Real Estate and Construction Ltd.
